The Freshmen defeated the Sophmores 3-1.  Mahanaz, Andrew, & Zion scored goals for the Freshmen.  Nicholas Caro scored for the Sophmores.

The Juniors defeated the Seniors 3-1, with Rosalina, Josh, & Janelle scoring goals.  Wensnel scored the only goal for the Senior Team.

The Freshmen battled the Favored Junior team in the Student Championship Game.  Dale put the Juniors up  1-0, and Darrius tied it for the Freshman with a goal just before half time.  This game was tied 1-1 at the end of regulation and remained that way after an overtime period.   After the Penalty Shot Shootout, the Freshmen stunned the heavily favored juniors, 4-3.  Darrius, Mahanaz, and Andrew (game winner) scored for the Freshmen team in the Shootout.  Ajani, and Shane scored for the Juniors.  Hazeez sparkled at goal for the Freshmen team, as did Nickolas M for the Juniors.

The Freshmen advanced to challenge the HSPS Faculty Team in the HSPS Cup Game.  The Faculty would strike first with a Goal by Mr. Perazzo 1-0, assisted by Mr. Zanitch.  Ferreira added a second goal in the first half, giving the Faculty a 2-0 lead.  Roberto finally  got one past Mr. Taylor (Goalie) to get the Freshmen within one, 2-1.  The Freshman rallied for a wicked shot at the buzzer but would be denied by Mr. Taylor.  The Faculty held on to win the contest 2-1.  This Freshmen team impressed everyone and is a dynasty in the making.  Congratulations to the Freshman for winning the student tournament and to the Faculty for winning the HSPS Cup.  Congratulations and thank you  to all who participated.  Thank you to students and staff who assisted with the making this a special event.
